4+2 PAX - The Old Cinema Passerotti is a panoramic apartment just next to the old cinema of Peccioli, once called cinema Passerotti after the name of the founder, whose daughter is today the owner of this apartment.
The unit has got a living area with an elegant tiled kitchen, equipped with gas cookers and oven, a small toilet and a dining room with double sofa-bed, TV and a small fireplace.
Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower complete the frame. One of the bedrooms has got a little private terrace just over the old cinema Passerotti. The whole apartment is finely furnished and very panoramic. It is located near to one of the main squares of Peccioli where guests can find the local pharmacy, the post office, an ATM and a gracious church.
