6-8 PAX - The Mansion in Vicolo Tuccini is an elegant house on three levels with access from a little lane in the old village of Peccioli, in a very central position.The house is very roomy and comfortable thanks to very advanced systems and equipments, due to the fact that it has been long time used for experiments on domestic robotics. From the little lane Vicolo Tuccini you access to a large sitting room with a double sofa-bed and TV set. On the same floor is a bright and fully equipped kitchen and dining room along with a small toilet. On the upper floor you find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom that share a bathroom with jacuzzi. In the basement, accessible by an internal staircase or from the lane, is a small sitting room with foosball, a bathroom with shower and a sitting room with double sofa bad, which can be easily turnerd into a third bedroom.
