3 PAX SUPERIOR - The little house Vicolo Pescatori is a roomy three-storey house in one of the tiniest lanes in the center of Peccioli, in an area with a lot of charme. Guests can access from a little red brick outer staircase or from the former cellar, which locals called "fondo". At the lowest level is a modern kitchen and dining room, served by a bathroom with shower. Going up a wooden internal staircase, you get into a first floor with a sitting room with TV and a single bedroom overlooking an internal little courtyard. Further up on the second floor is a romantic double bedroom with skylight and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a little studio. The whole house is served by WIFI and was used by the University of Pisa for experiments in domotics, so it is equipped with very advanced electronics.
